Standard Prices
We quote every trip using one standard formula, published as a day rate that covers up to 100 km. After 100 km, we add each additional kilometre at the published per-kilometre rate. The same applies to every traveller; we calculate it before you book and never negotiate it after.

No, as long as your travel plans remain substantially the same as the itinerary shared at the time of booking.
Our quoted rate is all-inclusive and covers the vehicle, fuel, guide's salary, meal and accommodation allowances, expressway tolls, parking fees, service charges, and applicable taxes.
To request a quotation, share the cities you plan to visit and the number of nights in each location. Based on this itinerary, we will provide a fixed price upfront. If your itinerary changes significantly after booking, we will discuss and agree on any additional costs before they are incurred.
Absolutely. We understand that travel plans can evolve once you're in Sri Lanka.
If you'd like to make changes during your journey, simply discuss them with your guide. In many cases, we can accommodate minor adjustments at no extra cost. Where changes involve significant extra distance or driving time, your guide will explain any additional charges in advance so you can decide how you'd like to proceed.
For maximum flexibility, you may also choose our unlimited-distance option when booking.
Yes. Before confirming your booking, you'll see the exact vehicle assigned to your trip, including its class, age, seating configuration, luggage capacity, air-conditioning, and photos of both the interior and exterior.
If you are travelling with elderly family members or anyone with mobility concerns, we encourage you to review the photos carefully and discuss any requirements with us before booking. We'll be happy to advise on the most suitable vehicle options.
Regardless of category, every vehicle is clean and well maintained, and your guide will assist with luggage throughout your journey.
Yes. We can arrange airport transfers and intercity transfers throughout Sri Lanka.
For short journeys within a city, we generally recommend using a ride-hailing app for convenience and cost-effectiveness.

We assign transfers based on guide availability. If you would like a specific guide, please mention this in your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
For airport pickups, we monitor the flight number provided at booking. If your flight is delayed, your guide will adjust the pickup time accordingly.
No. We believe in fair and transparent pricing for all travellers and therefore do not negotiate or offer discounts.
Instead, we provide a range of guide and vehicle options to suit different budgets. You are free to choose the combination that best matches your travel style and budget.
Our pricing is based on clearly published rates and formulas that are applied consistently for every traveller.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your trip start date, we will refund your confirmation fee in full.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your trip start date, we will retain the confirmation fee as a cancellation charge. The confirmation fee equals 20% of the booking value.
This policy helps protect our guides from last-minute cancellations and allows them to manage their availability fairly.
Checked luggage refers to bags transported in the aircraft's hold, while cabin luggage refers to bags carried into the aircraft and stored in the overhead compartment.
For vehicle allocation purposes, we use the following standard luggage sizes:
- Large checked suitcase: 20 × 12 × 32 in (50 × 30 × 80 cm)
- Medium checked suitcase: 17.5 × 11 × 27.5 in (45 × 27 × 68 cm)
- Cabin bag: 14.5 × 9.5 × 23.5 in (35 × 25 × 60 cm)
If your luggage is unusually large or bulky (such as golf bags, surfboards, diving equipment, wheelchairs, or excess baggage), please let us know when you book so we can ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned.
